Business context
Legacy learning systems were limiting the organization. Learners needed easier access, leaders needed better visibility, and administrators needed a more efficient way to support delivery. The platform environment carried cost, complexity, and reporting gaps that made it harder to manage learning at scale.
Challenge
The challenge was to migrate 60,000+ learners while protecting continuity and improving the experience. A weak migration could damage confidence quickly.
